Rosa's Cafe to Donate 3,500 Meals to Active Military Attending Bell Helicopter Armed Forces Bowl
Fort Worth, TX (PRWEB) December 30, 2007 ---On Monday, December 31, 2007, Rosa's Cafe will donate a feed to more than 3,500 active military men and women in attendance at the Bell Helicopter Armed Forces Bowl in Fort Worth, Texas.
Beginning in the 4th Quarter of the game, Rosa's Cafe will begin serving two burritos, rice, beans, hot sauce and soft drinks to each of the first 3,500 actives from the "Armed Forces Adventure" area on the stadium grounds.
"Among our hundreds of employees throughout our stores in Texas and Oklahoma, we have many ties to the military. It is an sincere honor to serve the men and women who sacrifice each day to serve our country," said Bobby Cox, owner/operator of Fort Worth-based Rosa's Cafe.
In mid-December, Rosa's Cafe was also the in-kind sponsor of a disabled veterans hunt and feed on the Burge Ranch in Weatherford, Texas.
The Bobby Cox Companies owns and operates 25 Rosa's Cafe restaurants in Texas and Oklahoma. Their newest location opened in November of this year in Lawton, Oklahoma.
